About the Role:

The Comprehensive Impact Campaign Director will lead the World Renew Comprehensive Impact Campaign over the coming five years (2019-2024) to elevate revenue by 12-15% a year for all aspects of the work around the world, cultivate and maintain relationships with donors to secure necessary funds, and provide analysis and financial reporting. This position supervises the Associate Director of the CIC (Canada) and indirectly supervises a range of staff on the CORE and Program Excellence Grants Staff teams.

Qualifications: 

1. A bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in a related field such as business, marketing, or nonprofit management is preferred. Additional relevant education and/or professional development/affiliations/credentials an asset.

2. At least five years of work experience in fund raising leadership is required, with demonstrated experience in the area of major donor development and campaign management.

3. Experience or exposure to international community development is a definite asset.
